1. One-Time Redemption of Real-World Benefits

Each NFT within the 2031 Mirror Odyssey collection grants the original purchaser a one-time right to redeem the associated real-world access and services (including retreat stays, habit-hacking programs, coaching sessions, and/or timeshare access, as described in the applicable tier of the NFT). Once redeemed, such benefits shall be deemed fully delivered and exhausted.

2. Transferability of NFT vs. Access Rights

NFTs may be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred on secondary markets; however, any subsequent transferee or purchaser of the NFT shall not be entitled to the real-world access or services originally attached to the NFT.
